This is the place where pies, and cakes, and tarts, and mille-feuilles go when they die, to almost cite one of my favorite Twin Peaks lines. This is the place where I want to share how amazing baking is, even if until a couple years ago your baking experience was mostly setting food accidentally on fire (as it has been for me quite a few times).
You might also find some extra quirkiness, which is why that tart is out there (besides being an obvious X-Files pun).
